You must be at least 18 years old and able to enter into a binding contract to place an order. Orders ship to addresses within the United States only.

Where a product is offered as "free," the product price is $0.00 and you pay only the shipping and handling charge shown at checkout. The shipping and handling charge is a one-time payment. Free offers are limited to one unit per household unless stated otherwise, are available while supplies last, and may be withdrawn or changed at any time without notice. We reserve the right to cancel and refund any order that we reasonably believe violates these limits.

Your order is an offer to purchase. We accept it when we send a confirmation email. We may decline or cancel an order for any reason, including suspected fraud, pricing errors, or stock availability, and will refund any amount charged. Payments are processed by a third-party payment processor. We do not store your full card number.

All prices are in US dollars. Compare-at or "value" prices shown on the site reflect our standard retail price for the same product. We try to keep all information accurate, but if a pricing or description error affects your order we will contact you before shipping or cancel and refund the order.

Our cleaning products are battery powered and operate under pressure. Read the instructions supplied with the product before first use. Charge the battery only with the charger supplied and only in a dry indoor location. Do not immerse the motor unit or battery beyond the level described in the instructions. Never direct the spray at people, animals, electrical outlets, or electrical equipment. Keep the product and its battery out of reach of children. Our products are intended for household use and are not rated for commercial or industrial duty. You are responsible for using products safely and in accordance with any instructions provided.

The Baron Goods name, logo, product designs, photographs, and website content are our property or used under license and may not be copied or used without written permission.

Except as expressly stated in our Shipping and Returns Policy, products are provided "as is" to the fullest extent permitted by law. To the extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim relating to an order is limited to the amount you paid for that order. Nothing in these Terms limits rights you have under applicable consumer protection law.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of New Jersey, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any dispute will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in New Jersey, unless applicable law requires otherwise.

We may update these Terms from time to time. The version posted on this page at the time you place an order applies to that order.
